He’ll walk you through a 3-course meal as you prepare the food in your own apartment live on Zoom. The interactive class allows you to ask questions, show your progress and participate as if it were an in person class. We supply the Chef and recipes, you supply the food and drinks!

Fish en Papillote
1/2 red onion, julienned
1 zucchini, julienned
1 large carrot, julienned
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 (4-ounce) sole fillets, hake, flounder or other white fish
1 lemon, thinly sliced, seeds removed
8 sprigs fresh thyme
4 pats butter
1/4 cup white wine

Winter Crunch Salad
¼ cup raw sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon plus ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
½ small shallot
½ large lemon
1 small garlic clove
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 large bunch Tuscan kale (about ¾ pound)
6 ounces brussels sprouts
2 ounces Parmesan
1 Pink Lady apple

Easy Chocolate Pie with Pretzel Crust
2½ c pretzels
13 Tbsp butter
¼ c packed brown sugar
8 ounces/1 c chocolate
1 c heavy cream
